Richard S. Rosenberg and Janet S. Soultanian Featured Speakers at the September 26th Glendale/ Burbank Chapter Meeting of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA)

Richard S. Rosenberg and Janet S. Soultanian will be featured speakers at the September 26, 2017 meeting of the Burbank/Glendale chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Their address will be called California Discrimination Law Update. They will be reviewing new employer responsibilities under three new California Department of Fair Employment and Housing regulations and guidance on: (i) when and how and employer may use criminal history information when evaluating job applicants and employees; (ii) Transgender employee rights in the work place; (iii) Work place harassment prevention obligations.
