Danny practices exclusively in the areas of labor and employment on behalf of management. He represents both public and private sector employers in all stages of litigation from initial responsive pleading to ultimate resolution in federal and state court.
He has defended employers in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases involving the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. He also represents employers in matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, single plaintiff and class action wage and hour cases, and helps employers navigate workplace investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Danny represented public entities while working in the Labor & Employment practice group at a public sector law firm
