Charron represents employers in all stages of litigation from case inception to its ultimate resolution. She defends employers against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Her clients range from a diverse array of industries, including travel, logistics, and hospitality.

Charron’s practice also focuses on providing advice and counsel on all employment-related matters. Her experience includes collaborating with human resources professionals to assist with personnel management, advising on compliance matters, and revising employment policies, practices, and handbooks.

Prior to joining the firm, Charron worked at a global law firm where she focused on litigating commercial disputes and employment matters. She also served as in-house corporate counsel for Kia America, Inc. as a seconded attorney where she gained experience in drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, as well as providing legal counsel and guidance to the company on business decisions.
