Alec practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law on behalf of employers. A seasoned litigator, he represents management across industries in employment-related disputes in both state and federal courts. These include complex wage and hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative lawsuits, defending against claims of worker misclassification and contractual disputes, meal and rest break violations, and regular rate and rounding, among others.
