Richard S. Rosenberg Featured in the California Hotel and Lodging Association Magazine "Lodging News" May/June 2024 Issue

Governor Newsom signed a new law last fall requiring most of California’s employers to establish, implement, and maintain a new written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan by July 1, 2024. The California Lodging News has partnered with Partner Richard Rosenberg to provide California Hotel & Lodging Association members with a model plan and step-by-step instructions for creating a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan and achieving compliance.
